Summary
This Code is applicable to the facilities, technical matters, and inspections of water electrolysis
hydrogen generators that fall under any one of the following among those falling under Article 2
(3) 2 of the Enforcement Rule of the Hydrogen Economy Promotion and Hydrogen Safety
Management Act and their ancillary facilities:
(1) water electrolysis hydrogen generators using acidic and basic aqueous solutions;
(2) water electrolysis hydrogen generators using an anion exchange membrane (AEM);
(3) water electrolysis hydrogen generators using a proton exchange membrane (PEM).
