To add a document to your favorites, you can click on the heart icon in the upper-right corner of a document picture. You will then be informed via email when the liked document evolves.

Yes, you can modify the content of your subscription at any time, on demand. You will then receive an offer corresponding to the cost of the document(s), prorated based on the remaining time on your subscription. Please contact support@normadoc.com
A renewal offer will be sent to you 3 months before your subscription ends. Without an order confirmation from you, your subscription will expire.
Access to the documents:
Yes, they are protected through a DRM by VITRIUM.
This will depend on your subscription. For ASME specifically, there are two subscription-types: Basic or Unlimited. The Unlimited subscription would allow it. To know more about the details of your subscription, you can check your contract or the receipt of your order.
No, you do not need to.
No, you cannot. However, depending on your subscription, we can grant access to your colleague(s).
Yes, you are limited to two devices. If you change your device, please contact us so that we can grant you access on this new device.
