"This Code applies to the facilities, technology and inspection for manufacturing of buried type polyethylene plug valves and buried type polyethylene ball valves for liquefied petroleum gas or city gas (hereinafter referred to as 'PE valves') in conformity to the service conditions in following (1) to (3) among piping valves in conformity to the Enforcement Regulation of the Safety Control and Business of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Act (hereinafter referred to as 'Act'), Table 3, No. 6 and Table 7, No. 4, f. (1)The service temperature is not less than -29 ? and not over 38 ?. (2)The working pressure is not over 0.4 MPa. (3)The valves are in service in a state buried underground."
