ICAO Doc 9994:2025

This manual has been revised by the Surveillance Panel (SP) to serve as a comprehensive reference document, covering airborne surveillance technology, which is rapidly evolving and now providing a number of new applications that are planned for the flight deck, as outlined in the ICAO Global Air Navigation Plan (Doc 9750). In response to these latest developments, several chapters of Doc 9994 have been updated accordingly to address guidance for States and operators to conduct interval management, conduct safety risk assessments associated with these procedures, and provide a detailed explanation of the interval management concept.
