1.1 This specification covers a powdered hand cleaner for use in washroom dispensers. This cleaner is suitable for removing heavy occupational soils such as oils and greases. Two types of hand cleaners are covered:

1.1.1 Type A -Soap and vegetable scrubber without lanolin.

1.1.2 Type B -Soap and vegetable scrubber with lanolin.
