The document has been revised to mandate color (3.1.2), to update the foam stability test procedure (3.3.5.3 and 3.3.5.4), to allow the sale of dilutions less than 50/50 (3.5.1.1), to define the testing requirements for these dilutions (3.5.3.2) and to better define preproduction and periodic tests throughout the document. Minor editorial revisions have also been incorporated throughout.
