This standard specifies a framework for testing and reporting of biometric system(s) used in applications
supporting access control. It specifies the environment that testing will be performed
in, the evaluation metrics, demographic controls, and the means by which testing will be performed
and how the graded results will be reported. The intent of this testing framework is to provide
