This document applies to zinc die casting alloys with and without galvanic zinc coating and a subsequent conversion coating applied with and without sealing. The main purpose of the coatings and coating systems, it is necessary to define the performance characteristics. This document defines the terms for the above coating systems and specifies minimum requirements in the test method described. For components with thread agreements are to be taken.
