Details
"This code applies to the installations, technology and inspection of the installations of the users of specified high-pressure gases (hereinafter referred to as 'user installations') in conformity to the High-pressure Gas Safety Control Act (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') Article 20, Clause 1. However, this code does not apply to the following high-pressure gas user installations:
(1) Fuel facilities of vehicles using specified high-pressure gas as their fuel,
(2) Installations furnished with slow refueling facilities of compressed natural gas for vehicles and using compressed natural gas
(3) User installations of compressed monosilane, compressed diborane, liquefied align, phosphine, hydrogen selenide, germane, disilane, 5-arsenic fluoride, 5-phosphor fluoride, 3-phosphor fluoride, 3-nitrogen fluoride, 3-boron fluoride, 4-sulfur fluoride, and 4-silica fluoride"
