AGA XQ0308The sonic nozzle prover uses venturi-type critical flow nozzles as the means to determine actual gas volume passed through a meter under test. The prover can marry gas meter performance with local meter characteristics (meter type, reasons for removal or test, and meter location) and forward this information to a utility database or network.
