"This Code applies to the facilities, technology and inspection for manufacturing of composite cylinders coming under the following (1) and (2) (hereinafter referred to as 'cylinders') among the cylinders in conformity to the High-pressure Gas Safety Control Act (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act'), Article 3, Clause 2:
(1) General composite cylinders of which whole nonmetal liner is wrapped with continuous fiber impregnated with resin and of which internal volume is not over 150 liters
(2) Cylinders which are to be prohibited from being filled when their design service life (not to be over 15 years in maximum) is expired from their inspection date in conformity to the Act, Article 17, Clause 1"
