"This Code applies to facilities, technology and inspection for manufacturing of pressure regulators for governors and city gas (hereinafter referred to as 'pressure regulators') among pressure regulators in conformity to the Enforcement Regulation of the Safety Control and Business Regulation of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Act (hereinafter referred to as 'the Enforcement Regulation'), Table 3, No.1 and Table 7, No. 4-a. However, pressure regulators coming under the following (1) to (3) are not covered by this Code:
(1) Pressure regulators of which maximum inlet pressure is not lower than 1 MPa,
(2) Pressure regulators of which outlet pressure is lower than 1 kPa, and
(3) Pressure regulators which are used as combustor parts."
