This handbook contains the consolidated version of the Aerodromes Implementing Rules (IRs) contained in Commission Regulation (EU) No 139/2014. Here the IRs are put together with their related Acceptable Means of Compliance and Guidance Materials (AMC/GM) taken from ED Decision 2014/012/R. Furthermore, the handbook contains the Certification Specifications for aerodromes (CS-ADR-DSN) contained in ED Decision 2014/013/R. As is the case with the IRs these CS have been combined with their respective GM for easier reading
