This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the testing methods of the stationary power conditioner for grid-connected small polymer electrolyte fuel cell power systems and small solid oxide fuel cell power systems corresponding to a) polymer electrolyte fuel cell and solid oxide fuel cell, b) rated transmission output of less than 10 kW, c) AC output voltage of 220 V or under, d) grid-connected operation or grid-independent operation, e) gaseous fuel (city gas, liquefied petroleum gas, etc.), liquid fuel (kerosene, etc.) or hydrogen, f) operating pressure of less than 0.1 MPa in maximum working pressure for the portion through which gaseous fuel passes, and less than 1.0 MPa for the portion through which liquid fuel passes, g) stationary power generation dedicated system or cogeneration system housed in a package.
