Details
This DIN SPEC in accordance with the PAS procedure was developed within a workshop set up on a temporary basis. The DIN SPEC was developed and approved by the authors named in the foreword. This DIN SPEC give recommendations for the human-centred design of interactive IT systems taking particular account of the special needs of small and medium size businesses (SMEs) having different resources and competencies. It will be oriented towards SMEs who are seeking information on the methods and tools for the human-centred design of interactive systems. The procedures described in the specification will apply to all sectors and will serve as guidelines.
